Preexisting Distributor Quote Process
Quick Guide for Existing Gold Bond Distributors
Before you begin: Sign in with the email address associated with your Gold Bond distributor account. You can sign in first or simply start building a wishlist and sign in when prompted.
Sign in or begin building your wishlist
Click "Login" in the upper-right corner of the website and sign in to your existing distributor account. You can also begin adding products to your wishlist first; if you are not signed in, the site will prompt you to log in before continuing.
Add products and set your quantities
Browse the catalog and add each product you want included in the quote. Select the correct product options and quantity, then click "Add to wishlist." Continue shopping until your wishlist contains all desired items.
Open your wishlist and review the active items
When you are finished adding products, open the wishlist basket in the upper-right area of the website. A wishlist panel will display the active products, quantities, and estimated cost. From here, you can continue shopping, adjust quantities, remove an item, add wishlist notes, or proceed with the quote request.
When ready: Click "Request a Quote" at the bottom of the wishlist panel.
Review the full wishlist and request the quote
The full wishlist page gives you one more opportunity to confirm the products, estimated prices, quantities, estimated total, and any notes you want included with the quote. Make any needed changes before moving forward.
Next: Click "Request a Quote" again to continue to the final review screen.
Verify shipping information and submit the request
On the final screen, confirm that the shipping destination is correct. If the address needs to be updated, click "Change" next to the shipping address and make the necessary correction. Review the contact, shipping, and payment information shown on the page.
Final step: When everything is correct, click "Request Quote." You will not be charged when submitting the quote request; shipping will be quoted separately where indicated.
That's it!
Your quote request is now queued in the Gold Bond system. The completed quote will be emailed to you within approximately 10–15 minutes.
Need to make a change? Return to the wishlist or update the shipping address before submitting the final request.
